Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026

We're working to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone — agency leaders, operations staff, and clinicians — to be able to understand what we do and reach us without barriers.

What we aim for

  • Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements of the site are operable with a keyboard alone.
  • Readable text and color. Text is sized to stay readable, and contrasts are chosen so the teal/slate palette doesn't hide content from anyone.
  • Clear structure. Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, forms have explicit labels, and decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Screen-reader friendly alternatives. Icons are accompanied by text where meaning matters, and buttons and links have descriptive names.

Working toward standards

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and aim to meet its AA-level criteria. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we review the site as part of normal maintenance and fix issues as we find them.

Tell us if something isn't working

If you encounter a part of this site that's hard to use or read, please let us know through the contact page and describe the issue — including the page and the technology you're using, if you can. We take these reports seriously and will do our best to address them.
